By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between Boozee Clothing (hereinafter referred to as "Boozee") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you"). These terms are subject to updates at our discretion.

1. Product Information

Product Descriptions: Boozee ensures that all product descriptions, sizes, colors, and material information are accurate. However, minor variations in color may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings.
Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). Boozee reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

Order Placement: By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. All orders are subject to availability, and Boozee reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its discretion.
Payment: We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We deliver across India. Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or logistics partner issues are beyond our control.
Delivery: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Products must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed for size and color within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 working days after the product is inspected.

5. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from using our website for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activities, or uploading harmful content.
Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on Boozee’s website are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of materials without written consent is prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: Boozee collects personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information for order processing and customer support.
Data Security: We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, Boozee is not responsible for unauthorized access to information beyond our control.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for trusted partners involved in fulfilling your order (e.g., logistics providers).

7. Liability

Boozee is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
